Franck is a director at Oaklins France with over 15 years’ experience in mid-market M&A. His sector focus is in consumer & retail, food & beverage, leisure and services supported by a track record of more than 50 closed transactions. He has particular expertise in brands, having advised clients such as Climb Up (indoor climbing), BAM (karaoke bars), Sur Un Plateau (equipment rental for receptions), Boulangerie Augustin (frozen bakery products), Valade (fruit-based desserts and jams), Proman (staffing and workforce solutions) and Primonial (investment solutions and asset management). Prior to joining Oaklins France, Franck was responsible for the small-cap M&A team at CIC Bank. Before that, he was M&A director at SODICA Corporate Finance (Crédit Agricole Bank). He started his career at Mazars Corporate Finance and Leonardo Finance. Franck is an EM Lyon graduate.
