Federico is a partner at Oaklins Italy. He has almost 20 years of professional experience in corporate finance, with a particular focus on building materials (he recently advised Italcer-Mandarin Capital in the acquisition of a number of Italian companies producing ceramic tiles to create a leading group in the industry), healthcare & medical devices (Siare, Dianax, Cellply), industrial machinery (ADue, Brambati, ACMI), food & beverage (Fiorentini, Zerbinati) and TMT (Doxee). Federico also has expertise in structuring the fundraising or debt financing for R&D or international expansion plans through public and private institutions. Federico joined Oaklins Italy in 2013. Previously, he was the co-founder of and partner at Synergy, a corporate finance boutique focused on food & beverage and food processing companies, and an asset manager at Nextra (one of the biggest European asset management companies, now Eurizon, Banca Intesa Group), responsible for the desk trading on investment grade bonds issued by financial institutions. Federico has an MBA with high honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and he is a graduate in economics (summa cum laude) from the University of Parma in Italy.
