Enrico is a partner at Oaklins Italy. His key areas of M&A expertise are in aerospace & defense, healthcare and food & beverage. Notable clients he has advised include Umbra Group, Lavazza, LIFCO and Italian Wine Brands. Enrico is also a promoter of Industrial Stars of Italy 3, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company listed on the Italian stock exchange in October 2017. Enrico joined Oaklins Italy in 2008. Prior to this, he worked as a business consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers Advisory. In 2012, he left Oaklins Italy to pursue an MBA followed by two years at Bain & Company before returning to Oaklins Italy in 2015. Enrico has a degree in business administration from the University of Turin and an MBA from INSEAD. He is also a chartered accountant.
