David is an investment banking managing director at WOOD & Co., Oaklins’ member firm in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. With over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets advisory, David has gained particular expertise in M&A and equity capital markets transactions in the region. Key clients he has advised include OKIN BPS, Moneta Money Bank, VLP, RWE Grid Holding, HOB CerTec, NWR, WARIMPEX, Zentiva, ORCO, ČEZ, SMVaK, TV Prima and Telefonica. David has a master’s degree in finance and business law from the University of Economics in Prague and a master’s in law from Charles University in Prague.
