Boaz is a partner at Rosario Capital, Oaklins’ member firm in Israel, with nearly two decades of investment banking and financial advisory experience. Boaz started his career in managing public offerings of mid-market companies on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, later moving to managing sell-side and buy-side M&A assignments. Prior to joining Rosario, Boaz was a senior vice president at Clal Finance, a subsidiary of the large Israeli insurer Clal Insurance Group. Among other high-profile deals, he was lead manager in the largest ever privatization in Israel – the sale of the government-owned Haifa Oil Refineries – for more than US$1.6 billion. Boaz has a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Tel Aviv University School of Management.
