Bio

Andrew is a director at Henslow, Oaklins’ member firm in Australia. He has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, management consulting and business. Andrew has broad industry experience in metals and mining, oil and gas, power and infrastructure, technology, biotech, financial services, consumer & retail and general industrials. Some of Andrew’s most recent client transactions have been with ITOCHU, BHP Billiton and Mitsui & Co. Prior to joining Henslow, Andrew was the Australian head of natural resources (metals and mining, oil and gas, power) at Nomura and predecessor firms Lehman Brothers and Grange Securities. Before this, he was a successful entrepreneur, founding a technology firm, and a management consultant with Booz Allen. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Hons) from the University of Western Australia, an MA from the University of Oxford and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
