Oliver joined Oakley Advisory in 2017 and has since completed a number of transactions across IT Managed Services, Telecoms and Unified Communications. Recent transactions include the sale of Yonder Digital to Aquiline, the purchase of Mycom OSI by Inflexion and the sale of Damovo to Eli Global. Prior to joining Oakley he was at Deloitte in Transaction Services where he spent 4 years working on a range of M&A and capital markets projects. While at Deloitte Oliver ACA qualified and he remains a member of the ICAEW. Oliver graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA in Economics.
