Bio

Jon joined Oak Ridge Financial in April of 2003. Jon's major strengths within his business include portfolio design, risk management, collaboration with estate and tax advisors, and high yield bond strategies. He makes it a priority to listen and discuss needs, risk tolerance, and other concerns with his clients. Jon focuses on designing and implementing a customized strategy while actively monitoring and adapting as life and market changes occur. Jon has over 24 years of experience in the industry. Before joining Oak Ridge, Jon spent several years with other firms including UBS, Paine Webber, Prudential Securities, and Dain Bosworth. Jon studied Economics at The University of St. Thomas. He also received an education from the University of St. Thomas Conservatory of Music. Jon lives in St. Paul with his five guitars. In his leisure time he records his own music and also enjoys traveling, alpine skiing, and watching Minnesota Wild games.
