Parul Mehta Bio

Parul is Chief Operating Officer at o3 Capital. She oversees finance, HR, corporate governance and marketing initiatives for the organisation. She has significant experience in M&A and corporate tax advisory and works very closely with all business practices on tax side of deals. She has over 20 years of work experience, has held several leadership positions and built and led large teams. Prior to joining o3 Capital, she has worked with Standard Chartered Bank. KPMG, Macquarie and E&Y. Parul is a merit holder Indian Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate from Shriram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
