John Wright Bio

John Wright joined Charles W. O'Conor, Inc. in 1985 and acquired the firm with Frank Wyman shortly thereafter. He became sole owner after Mr. Wyman's death in 2007. John is highly skilled in both buy-side and sell-side acquisition searches and in strategic planning and business valuations. John was previously Vice President and General Partner of TA Associates, a private equity firm and was based in Paris for over five years. He is fluent in French, and has continued OCWW's legacy in working on cross-border assignments. He also previously served as an advisor to Bain Capital, an international private equity firm. John is a graduate of Brigham Young University and Harvard Business School.
