Mr. Nipam R Shah, Founder and Managing Director of NRS Advisors Pvt. Ltd. has more than 30 years of experience across the sectors in advising Joint Ventures, Acquisitions, Cross-Border Transactions, Private Equity, In-bound and out-bound investments to and from India and Corporate growth strategies. Mr. Shah has also co-founded and played a role of as Angel Investor in quite a few Technology Ventures. Mr. Shah has extensively worked in Information Technology, Infrastructure, Polymers and Consumer sector. Mr. Shah has also, served as a Member of the Board of Directors of several companies, banks and non-profit organizations. Mr. Shah is a Chartered Accountant(CA) by qualification.
