As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, offers over 16 years’ expertise in the provision of M&A advisory services to FinTech and FinServ businesses which operate in the European Financial Services sector. In particular, focuses on transactions for owner-managed UK, Irish and European companies. Through a career path that includes a directorship at Hoare Govett Stockbrokers; establishing his own business, City Consultants Ltd, which he grew to a £10m turnover operation with 60 staff prior to its sale; and the launch of NovitasFTCL in 2004, he puts at your disposal a comprehensive understanding of market infrastructures, regulatory frameworks and a personal perspective on M&A transactions as both advisor and owner. Adopting a hands-on approach to the entire transaction process, he seeks to secure interest from multiple parties to facilitate the most attractive deal possible for clients through access to a comprehensive network of private equity companies and trade buyers globally.
