Dana Gordon Davis Bio

Dana is an experienced corporate financier with 16 years’ experience spanning a wide range of capital raising and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions in the financial services, technology, media, manufacturing, logistics and retail sectors. He has lead and completed over 50 advisory mandates since 2001, developing an innovative approach to transaction negotiation and structuring based on principles of “value sharing” to achieve successful outcomes. Dana is an expert and experienced deal negotiator, business strategist and corporate advisor. Over his career he has launched several companies including a digital marketing and communication company, a third party asset raising business, a corporate finance business, a business accelerator specialising in internet technologies and a contract mining and civil engineering business.
