Mr. Peterson joined Northland Capital Markets in 2010 as Head of Investment Banking. He has more than 23 years of investment banking experience providing financing and M&A advice for a number of leading growth companies. Mr. Peterson has completed more than 200 transactions in his career totaling more than $20.0 billion in value. Prior to joining Northland Capital Markets, Mr. Peterson worked with the investment banking groups at Craig-Hallum Capital Group, RBC Capital Markets, and Wessels, Arnold & Henderson. He is also Founder and Managing Partner of Pinnacle Investment Group, which is an asset management firm that invests in private growth companies. Mr. Peterson earned his B.A. degree from St. John’s University. He holds and maintains the FINRA Series 24 General Securities Principal, Series 7 General Securities Representative, Series 62 Corporate Securities Limited Representative, and Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law registrations.
