Mr. Warner recently rejoined Northland as a Managing Director in Investment Banking after spending two years as Chief Financial Officer at Fountain Quail Energy Services, a private equity-backed energy services company focused on oilfield water management. Mr. Warner previously spent over seven years at Northland as a founding member of its energy banking practice where has participated in over 150 transactions totaling over $10.0 billion in value. Mr. Warner has been heavily focused on origination and execution of over $350.0 million in lead managed private placements, PIPEs and registered equity offerings for Northland clients across various industries, with extensive experience and expertise in oil and gas exploration and production and industrial growth. Mr. Warner also spent three years on the trading floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and has been Director and Trustee of a private, Minneapolis-based real estate trust operation for the last 12 years. Ted has a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, as well as an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, with a concentration in Finance and Corporate Sustainability.
