Mr. Goltermann joined Northland Capital Markets in 2013. Prior to joining Northland Capital Markets, Mr. Goltermann was an Associate Director of Investment Banking at C. K. Cooper & Company, a boutique investment banking firm focused on the energy sector. Mr. Goltermann has been involved in more than 65 transactions totaling over $10 billion in value over the last three years. These transactions included capital formation, valuation and Fairness Opinions, M&A, and corporate advisory. He has been particularly focused on all parts of the SPAC process, from raising IPO capital to advising on the Initial Business Combination and funding the PIPE to introducing investors during the deSPAC marketing. Mr. Goltermann has also been published in Hart’s Oil & Gas Investor. Mr. Goltermann earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the Argyros School of Business at Chapman University.
