Bio

Scott Theisen is a Director at Northborne Partners. Scott has over seven years of M&A transaction experience across a variety of industries, including healthcare, industrials, food and consumer, among others. Prior to Northborne Partners, Scott was a member of the Middle Market M&A team at BMO Capital Markets. Prior to BMO, Scott began his M&A investment banking career at Greene Holcomb Fisher (2013), which was later acquired by BMO (2016). Scott is a graduate of Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, where he majored in economics (BA, magna cum laude) and was a captain on the men’s basketball team.
