Bio

Paul Jevnick is a Managing Director and co-founder of Northborne Partners. Paul has 30 years of professional deal-making experience, first as a transaction attorney at large law firms in California and Minnesota, and beginning in 1996, as an investment banker. Paul has completed deals for more than 100 privately held clients, developing particular depth of experience in the consumer and industrial sectors. Prior to Northborne, Paul led the Middle Market M&A Consumer Team at BMO Capital Markets, which focused in the areas of food, consumer products, retail, e-commerce and restaurants. Prior to BMO’s acquisition of Greene Holcomb Fisher (GHF) in 2016, Paul was a partner at GHF where he focused his practice on the sale of private companies owned by entrepreneurs, families and private equity firms, as well as the divestiture of business units by corporate clients. Prior to joining GHF, Paul spent eight years at Piper Jaffray Companies as a managing director on the Consumer Team and later as Co-Head of the Private Placement Group. Before becoming an investment banker, Paul practiced M&A and securities law at Morrison & Foerster in Southern California and Faegre & Benson (now Faegre Drinker) in Minneapolis. Paul received a JD from Cornell Law School in 1991 and a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1988. Paul lives in Edina, MN, where he and his wife Jen are empty-nesters with five grown boys.
