Ken Higgins is a Managing Director and co-founder of Northborne Partners. Ken has over 30 years of M&A and advisory experience spanning M&A investment banking, venture capital and transactional law. Prior to Northborne, Ken led the Middle Market M&A healthcare team at BMO Capital Markets. Prior to BMO’s acquisition of Greene Holcomb Fisher (GHF) in 2016, Ken founded and led the GHF healthcare team. Ken’s diverse advisory experience also includes healthcare-focused venture investing with SightLine Partners / Piper Jaffray Ventures; M&A investment banking at Piper Jaffray; and M&A legal work at Dorsey & Whitney and Kirkland & Ellis. Ken received a JD from Harvard Law School and a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, where he was an Academic All-American wide receiver for the Michigan football team.
