Jay founded North River Advisors in 2008. He has more than 20 years of investment banking experience and has advised clients on transactions totaling more than $20 billion during his career. Prior to founding North River, Jay was a senior investment banker with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch in New York. Earlier in his career, Jay worked in operating positions in manufacturing, distribution and sales. Jay received his BA from Amherst College and his MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
