David Jacquin founded North Point in 2004 with the mission to create value for its clients by providing exceptional mergers and acquisitions services. Since its founding, North Point has closed over 250 transactions representing over $50 billion in transaction value and has become the leading M&A firm to the consumer industry. At North Point, David has represented many industry leading brands including Landry’s, Jimmy John’s, Teavana, Starbucks, Peanuts, Massage Envy, Taco Bell, Papa John’s, Edible Arrangements, Snap Fitness and Kosta Browne Winery. David has spent over three decades of his career as an M&A banker. Prior to founding North Point, he led M&A divisions for each of Piper Jaffray & Co, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America/Montgomery Securities. Additionally, David practiced law with Cravath, Swaine and Moore in New York and London, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. He also worked as a consultant for Arthur Andersen and Company. David obtained a B.S. with honors from St. Louis University and earned his J.D. with honors from Georgetown University.
