Andrew Sullivan Bio

Andrew is a founding partner of Normandy Advisors. He has over 14 years of experience in partnering with private equity firms, portfolio companies, family offices and middle market operating companies. Prior to Normandy, Andrew founded and led the Private Equity & Alternative Investment practice at Stephen James Associates, a national search firm and operating company of the Allegis Group, the largest privately held recruiting firm in the world. Andrew is a graduate of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. Andrew lives outside Boston in Newton with his wife, Lindsay, and two sons. When he can find the time, his favorite activities include skiing, golf, hiking and triathlons.
