Jako Kruuse Bio

Jako has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance. Before founding NCFA in 2009, Jako was a financial advisor in the regional investment bank United Partners Group. He was involved in various restructuring and turnaround transactions as well as in M&A and capital raising transactions. Previously, Jako was Head of Corporate Division of Estonian Credit and Export Guarantee Fund KredEx. He was responsible for developing KredEx’s activities and guarantee policy regarding SME finance and credit insurance. Jako has given lectures in various Estonian Universities and conferences. He has a master’s degree from Tallinn University of Technology. In the past, Jako has also been an official expert witness in financial matters including business valuations.
