Steve Megyery Bio

Steve Megyery is a Managing Director at Nomura Greentech. Based in New York, Steve has over 15 years of experience advising companies and investors in a variety of sustainable technology and infrastructure sectors. He has a strong background in capital raising, financial structuring and M&A. His recent transaction experience includes growth capital raises for Group14, Cirba Solutions and Gridserve. He has also advised corporate clients on strategic M&A, including Stem on its going public SPAC transaction and its acquisition of AlsoEnergy. Steve joined Nomura Greentech from Coady Diemar Partners, where he worked on M&A and private placements for companies across the sustainable technology and infrastructure sector. Previously, he was a member of the Credit Suisse Energy group. Steve holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University Canada.
