Niul Wood Bio

Niul Wood is a Managing Director at Nomura Greentech. Based in London, Niul leads Nomura Greentech’s Advanced Materials and Chemicals sector. Niul has over 20 years of experience, with an established background in cross border M&A and financing. Throughout his career he has advised corporates, private equity, founders and families on a range of M&A and capital markets assignments including selling and buying businesses and assets, public markets transactions, minority investments and leveraged finance. He also has experience advising growth stage bio-materials companies. Niul joined Nomura Greentech from Credit Suisse and was previously at Lazard.
