Rick originates and executes Sell Side and Buy Side middle market M&A advisory engagements. He enjoys the daily challenge of helping Nolan’s clients with one of the most important transactions in their lifetime – the sale of their business. Understanding and achieving his clients’ unique goals motivates him every day. Rick has worked across a multitude of industries including utility services, building products, industrial manufacturing and services, communications, environmental services and staffing. Prior to joining Nolan, Rick spent the first part of his career as an executive of a Fortune 500 Energy company. He earned his MBA and bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois. Rick holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 79 and 99 securities licenses with Middle Market Transactions, Inc., a commonly owned broker/dealer affiliate of Nolan & Associates.
