Joyce Van Luit Bio

Joyce joined Nielen Schuman in 2013. Prior to that, she worked for 2 years at KPMG Corporate Finance in the Industrial Markets sector team. At Nielen Schuman Joyce advises corporate clients and private equity firms on domestic and international transactions, with a particular focus on M&A. Her recent transactions includes advising Amadys on its sale to Equistone, Torqx on its acquisition of the Cable Connectivity Group, House of Talents on its sale to Baltisse and Groeneveld on its sale to Timken. Joyce received a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. In her spare time, Joyce enjoys running, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
