Joost Moelker Bio

Joost started his career at ING Corporate Finance in 2008. After over 11 years of experience in M&A and Equity Capital Markets, he joined Nielen Schuman in 2019. Over the course of his career in corporate finance, Joost has successfully advised a wide variety of public and privately held companies, government-owned companies and financial sponsors. He gained ample experience in international sell-side and buy-side transactions, leveraged buyouts, strategic financial advisory, public-to-private transactions, demergers, IPOs and secondary equity offerings, with a focus on Business Services, TMT and Transportation & Logistics. Notable recent transactions include the sale of Roxit to Visma, the sale of Enovation to Main Capital Partners, the acquisition of HES International by a consortium of Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners and Macquarie Infra and Real Assets, and the sale of Qbuzz to Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane. Joost holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Nyenrode University and an Executive Master’s degree in M&A and Valuation from the University of Groningen. Whenever he gets the chance, Joost enjoys the outdoors.
