Joost started his career at Deloitte Corporate Finance where he worked for 2 years before joining Nielen Schuman in 2014. During his career Joost has gained experience across a broad variety of M&A and financing transactions. He has built an extensive track record through a range of (international) transactions including buy- and sell-sides, leveraged buy-outs, (re)financings, recapitalisations, distressed situations and valuations. Recent notable transactions include Cinven’s acquisition of One.com, the sale of Holmatro to Madison Industries and Parcom’s acquisition of Climate for Life. Joost received a Master’s degree in Finance from the Tilburg University.
