Bio

Jan joined the firm one year after inception in 2003. Previously he was with KPMG Corporate Finance. Jan has over 19 years experience advising on M&A and capital raising transactions in the Benelux across many sectors. With Nielen Schuman, Jan has worked on a large part of the firm’s announced transactions, with a particular focus on sell-side M&A for private owners / families and private equity transactions. His recent transaction experience includes advising Ardian & Staci on its acquisition of Base Logistics, Holmatro on its sale to Madison Industries, Huuskes on its sale to Chefs Culinar, House of Talents on its sale to Baltisse and Parcom on its acquisition of 247TailorSteel. Jan received a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Groningen including studies in Business at Jӧnkӧping International Business School.
