Bio

Anouk joined Nielen Schuman in 2007. Previously she worked at Atradius, one of the world’s largest credit insurers. During her career she has worked on numerous Capital advisory and M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors, most notably retail and media, working for corporate clients and financial sponsors alike. She has extensive experience with leveraged and corporate (re)financings, recapitalisations, leveraged buy-outs, valuations, buy-and sell sides, carve-outs and distressed situations. Anouk received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Radboud University in Nijmegen.
