Prior to joining Nielen Schuman in 2013, Waldo worked at Credit Suisse's Investment Banking Department where he started in 2004 in the TMT sector coverage team in London. He subsequently worked at Credit Suisse’s Singapore and Sydney offices as a Vice President M&A. During his career, Waldo has built an extensive international track record in M&A transactions for listed and privately held companies across many sectors, with a particular focus on Technology & Telecom, Services and Industrials. Waldo has worked for corporates, governments and financial sponsors on a range of transactions including leveraged buyouts, public-to-privates, privatizations, distressed situations, and carve-outs. Notable recent M&A transactions involved companies including Expereo, One.com, Greetz, Yource, Amadys, WeerOnline and Raet. Waldo received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
