Mr. Cary founded NextGen Capital in 2012. He brings over twenty years of experience advising on transactions and strategies for ultra-high net-worth families, entrepreneurs, industry leaders and their business interests. Mr. Cary’s experience includes corporate development for Fortune 500 companies and successfully negotiating numerous sale and recapitalization transactions in a variety of industries that includes healthcare, energy, consumer products, business and financial services, telecommunications and insurance. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Cary served as a Managing Director of McGladrey Capital Markets LLC where he was the eastern regional banking officer. Prior to McGladrey, Mr. Cary led the western U.S. business development group for RSM McGladrey Employer Services Inc. Mr. Cary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from Texas A&M University. He also holds FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses.
