Bio

Scott Calderwood has worked in many different sectors during his career in investment banking and insolvency with more than 20 years of experience in M&A in Canada’s middle market. Before investment banking, he was a senior manager in the Coopers & Lybrand insolvency and due diligence practices. He has also held various positions in a family-owned business. Scott participates on the boards and advisory committees of several privately held companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Queen’s University, a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Toronto, and was formerly a chartered professional accountant.
