Peter Brown Bio

Peter Brown has been an investment banker for over 20 years, advising on mergers and acquisitions and restructurings for mid-sized companies. Peter’s experience includes acquisitions, financings, divestitures and restructurings in the healthcare, aerospace, transportation, contract manufacturing, and a variety of other industries. Peter is a director of a number of private companies and an advisor to many family-owned businesses. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree with honors from Queen’s University.
