Ken Moore Bio

Ken Moore has over 25 years of experience in midmarket mergers and acquisitions, and has advised on transactions in the energy, food, technology, transportation, construction, financial, tool and die, and automotive manufacturing sectors. Prior to investment banking, Ken was a vice president at Barclays Bank where he was responsible for a number of leveraged acquisitions and restructurings. Ken is a director of a number of private companies and is chairman of Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp, a prominent TSX-listed Canadian power company. Ken holds both chartered financial analyst and chartered director designations.
