Katharine McMichael has experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and complex valuations for mid-market companies in various industries. Before joining NewPoint, Katharine was an Associate in Grant Thornton LLP’s Transactions group. She graduated from Mount Allison University with a Bachelors of Commerce, and has her Chartered Business Valuator designation.
