Scott Whitman is an advisor to NCCP. Scott also has the title of Strategic Finance at Calm, a leading global brand in the mental wellness category. With 15 years of investment banking experience, Scott previously worked for almost seven years with JP Morgan’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group, located in San Francisco, where he worked with and advised some of the world’s leading life sciences companies, including medical device and biotech companies, ranging from start-ups to public companies with enterprise values exceeding $50 billion. Further, Scott has a broad range of transaction experience including M&A, debt and equity financings and initial public offerings, with transaction sizes ranging from $10 million to more than $3 billion. Scott has a BA in Accounting from St. John’s University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
