Bio

Andy Phelps is a Managing Director at NCCP. Andy has more than 20 years of healthcare investment banking, commercial banking and corporate finance experience, most recently as a Managing Director at Quadriga Partners. Previously, Andy was a senior banker at HFG Healthcare Finance Group, PNC Bank and Wachovia Securities. Andy received his BA in Political Science from University of South Carolina, and MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
