Mike Staff joined Needham & Company in 2006. His responsibilities include working on IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, and private financings across both consumer and B2B businesses. Prior to joining Needham, Mike worked as a research associate for Aurora Investment Management, LLC (fka Harris Alternatives, LLC), a $10 billion fund of hedge funds. He graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government, and he earned his Masters in Finance from the ICMA Centre at the Henley Business School, University of Reading.
