Kevin McGrath joined Needham & Company in 2019. He leads Needham and Company’s corporate and venture services unit, responsible for delivering Needham’s capabilities to the firm’s corporate and venture clients. Kevin has 30 years of public and private capital markets experience, most recently at JPMorgan, where he led the directed share plan team and sales for corporate sponsored 10b5-1 sales. Kevin also worked at Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney and Banc of America Securities in similar roles as a financial advisor focused on corporate services. Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Connecticut University State University.
