Erick Volp joined Needham & Company in 2018. He leads Needham’s Financial Sponsors coverage within the investment bank. Erick joined Needham from Crito Capital, a boutique placement agent, where he was a Director responsible for private markets fund and direct deal origination as well as institutional investor coverage. Prior to Crito, Erick was a relationship management professional at GCM Grosvenor Private Markets (formerly known as Credit Suisse Customized Fund Investment Group), a $30 billion private equity fund of funds group. He began his career at AllianceBernstein, a global asset management firm. Erick received a B.A. in Government from Hamilton College.
