She brings a results-focused energy and passion to her strategic role in human capital management with deep domain expertise in identifying, evaluating, and implementing solutions and programs to deliver transformational impact and change. Jamila’s data-driven, collaborative, and empathetic approach, combined with a customer-first mindset, allows her to strategically scale human capital functions and build an innovative team who share the focus of providing value-added employee experiences. She is responsible for all aspects of people management and talent strategy, aligning global talent to growth opportunities to help drive our shared vision for creating the new future of work model.
