Isabelle participates in the creation of Leonardo Midcap, that became Natixis Partners as of 2015. She started her career at Adecco as COO for the group’s holding companies. Afterwards she joined the M&A company Aforge Finance as COO-CFO and member of the Executive Committee. Isabelle graduated from ESSEC and holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern Litterature from Sorbonne University in Paris.
