Daniel Escondrillas founded 360 Corporate—which would later become Natixis Partners España—in 2002. He now operates as CEO of the new entity. Mr. Escondrillas’s broad-based experience encompasses strategic advisory assignments as well as capital markets and M&A transactions. The latter comprise buy and sell side assignments, but also IPOs, private financing and restructuring in a wide array of industries, including but not limited to: infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy, retail & consumer products and capital goods. Over his 29 years of investment banking experience, he has advised leading international and domestic Private Equity Funds, Families and Corporates. Before he founded 360 Corporate, Mr. Escondrillas spent 8 years at Citi / Shroders and 3 years at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Mr. Escondrillas holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) and an M.B.A. from Madrid Business School / University of Houston, where he earned the Outstanding Graduate Award.
