Bio

Michael is an experienced organizational and strategic management leader with a specialization in finance and management. He is the former President of North American Operations for SFS Group USA, Inc., a division of SFS Group AG, a publicly held Switzerland based global manufacturer of metal and plastic components for a wide range of industries. Michael was also an owner and the CFO/Vice President, Finance at Construction Fasteners, Inc. for 16 years unti SFS’s acquisition of the company in 2001. Michael is a graduate of Boston College and resides in Reading, Pennsylvania. He has attained the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI).
