Cliff is fiercely committed to helping owners pass the ultimate test of entrepreneurship: successfully transitioning or selling their businesses. Cliff’s M&A and business valuation expertise span numerous industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, specialty contractors, transportation, for-profit schools and service firms. Cliff has attained the designations of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
