Andrew Wilson is a Director with Mufson Howe Hunter, advising middle-market clients on M&A and growth capital transactions. Mr. Wilson primarily advises Technology companies, with a particular focus on Technology Enabled Business Services, IT Services, Cloud Services, Software Services, Healthcare Services and Healthcare IT. As an experienced investment banking professional and former M&A attorney, Mr. Wilson has a strong track record advising technology and business services companies on growth capital and M&A transactions. Prior to joining Mufson Howe Hunter, Mr. Wilson was in the Technology & Business Services investment banking group at Janney Montgomery Scott. He began his investment banking career at J.P. Morgan in the Technology, Media & Telecom group based in San Francisco. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Andrew practiced law in the M&A group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he advised leading technology companies on complex M&A transactions, representing sell-side, buy-side, and private equity sponsored clients. Andrew received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a joint JD/MBA from the Duke University School of Law and the Fuqua School of Business.
