Andrew Apfelbaum is a Director at Mufson Howe Hunter & Company, advising his clients on merger & acquisition and recapitalization transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Apfelbaum was a Director at PwC where he specialized in the audits of SEC registered investment companies and private equity funds, with a focus on private company valuations. Mr. Apfelbaum received his B.S. in Accounting and Minor in Spanish from Pennsylvania State University. He is both a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charterholder.
