Waleed Abdel-Naby Bio

Prior to joining MTS Health Partners as an Associate in 2021, Dr. Abdel-Naby was an Assistant Vice President of Equity Research at Barclays Investment Bank, covering Small/Mid Cap Biotech Stocks. He also has experience covering Small/Mid Cap Biotech Stocks at Goldman Sachs and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Dr. Abdel-Naby spent 4 years as an NSF fellow at Weill Cornell Medicine focusing on developing novel biomaterials for corneal wound healing. He graduated with a PhD in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Protein Engineering and Cell and Molecular Biology from Cornell University, and graduated with B.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
